Design Approval: Once the design concepts are finalized, we'll present them to you for approval. We'll take your feedback into account and make any necessary revisions to ensure that the design aligns with your vision and objectives

Permitting and Approvals: We'll handle all necessary permitting and regulatory approvals to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. This may involve submitting permit applications, obtaining approvals from zoning boards, and addressing any regulatory requirements.
